Join a Supportive Team as an Administrator

We are recruiting for an Administrator on behalf of our client to support their Timber Business Content team, the organisation's largest revenue stream. All activity is managed by the Aberystwyth team, and you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of their bespoke timber system.

This is a remote position with two office visits per month. Full training will be provided, so no prior experience with the system is required. The interview process will be an informal discussion, ideally held in person.

As an Administrator, you will be responsible for assessing and reviewing information within the organisation's bespoke system, monitoring activity, and supporting general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and review the organisation's bespoke timber system.
  • Monitor system activity and submitted tickets.
  • Review submitted tickets and either elevate or approve and sign off as appropriate.
  • Carry out general administration and accurate data entry.
  • Provide strong customer service support when required.
  • Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office applications.
