Customer Support Officer
£15.59 per hour | 37 hours per week | Contract until 30th September 2026
Location:
Aberystwyth - Hybrid (in the office twice a month)
We are recruiting on behalf of a respected public sector organisation for a Customer Support Officer based in Aberystwyth. This hybrid role requires attendance in the office twice a month, offering an excellent balance between office and home working.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver customer support via telephone and email
- Handle a wide range of general enquiries
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Record accurate information on a bespoke internal system
- Monitor and track the order and dispatch of goods
- Complete various administrative tasks in line with internal procedures
- Strong customer service experience
- Proven administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident use of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Clear and confident communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and manage workload effectively
