Key Responsibilities Review and process incoming referrals related to workers' compensation psychological treatment Schedule appointments and coordinate with the Historian Psychological Assistants' calendars Maintain organized, confidential records in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
Required Qualifications Administrative experience in a behavioral health, medical, legal, or insurance setting preferred Experience handling workers' compensation referrals is a plus Proficiency with EMR systems, scheduling tools, and digital office platforms Able to work independently in a fully remote setting Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
