Role OverviewMetro Logo is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Office Administrator & Online Store Manager to support daily operations and manage fulfillment for client online stores. This position blends administrative duties, order coordination, inventory oversight, social media support, and entry-level bookkeeping. The ideal candidate is self-driven, dependable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily activities on multiple online stores.
- Process, track, and fulfill online orders accurately and on time.
- Update product listings, descriptions, and store content as needed.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding inventory and production timelines.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels for online store products.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as entering invoices, recording payments, and handling simple financial data.
- Prepare outgoing shipments using UPS, USPS, and other carriers.
- Track incoming shipments and verify accuracy.
- Support light content creation, including product highlights, announcements, and promotional posts.
- Help maintain consistent brand presence and engagement across platforms.
- Assist with miscellaneous administrative, operational, or project-based tasks as assigned.
- Support seasonal workflows and special client programs.
