Team Administrator
Monday to Friday - 37.50 hours
8am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 1pm on a Friday
Office based except Friday which is work from home
£26,000 to £28,000 dependant on experience

My client is looking for an organised and proactive Studio Administrator to support a busy design studio with smooth day to day operations. This is a varied role working with colleagues, clients, consultants and suppliers. The role is available due to retirement and is a great opportunity to work within beautiful office surroundings with a genuinely caring and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with reception cover, incoming calls and mail distribution.
Provide general administration support, including formatting documents, preparing correspondence and managing diaries.
Coordinate travel, meetings, room bookings and team calendars.
Maintain accurate client, supplier and project information in internal systems.
Support new starter inductions and manage project archiving.
Support Quality Assurance processes, audits and documentation updates.
Provide admin support for Health & Safety tasks, including PPE and signage orders.
Maintain template documents and monitor kitchen/reception supplies.
Prepare meeting rooms and support with events.
