Maintain organized digital files and ensure smooth workflow across remote team members.

Communicate professionally with clients, partners, and team members as a friendly point of contact.

Take initiative to identify ways to improve efficiency and support the teams goals.

Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking skills.

Proactive and resourceful, able to work independently in a remote environment.

Strong communicator with clear and professional written and verbal skills.

Comfortable using digital tools such as Google Workspace, Zoom, project management software, and more.

Passionate about the performing arts or excited to contribute to a mission-driven company.
