Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee-owned company, is searching for a experienced Executive Assistant. The candidate will be responsible for assisting the CEO organize and plan his schedule to ensure the best possible use of their time. The person selected for this position will perform a wide range of tasks including coordinating business meetings, planning itineraries, scheduling travel, completing expense reports, interfacing with Board members, interfacing with executives of other agencies and companies, supporting political events, and balancing CEO work/life goals.
The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide administrative and executive support. As part of this process, they will interface with other departments to assure all the necessary resources are available to meet CEO objectives within a reasonable timeframe. Duties will also include the following:
* Maintain and manage a calendar of events for the CEO, including all travel, conferences, meetings, and visitors.
* Schedule/coordinate conference calls, conference rooms, transportation/travel as required.
* Prepare executive meeting agendas and needed materials including background information and briefing documents.
* Prioritize schedules in alignment with the CEO's primary efforts.
* Handle details of a confidential nature and perform tasks as assigned.
* Assimilate a wide array of information into presentations, reports, and/or letters.
* This is not a work from home position, it is an in the office role 5 days/week.
Required Skills:
* US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance.
* Excellent interpersonal skills. Must demonstrate the highest degree of professionalism while interacting with a diverse group of executives and politicians.
* Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Required Experience:
* Experience with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
* At least ten years of experience managing and coordinating complex tasks and schedules. Desired
Qualifications:
* Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. Must demonstrate the highest degree of professionalism while interacting with a diverse group.
* Self-directed and able to perform assignments independently, and at times, with management staff under time constraints and stringent deadlines.
* Experience supporting senior leadership in the Defense Industry.
