Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Executive Assistant to join their team. As a Executive Assistant, you will be part of the Investment Banking department supporting senior bankers and team members. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proactive thinking, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range What's the Job?Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and resolve scheduling conflicts across teams and time zones.
Arrange logistics for internal and external meetings, including booking conference rooms, catering, and liaising with vendors.
Plan seamless travel experiences—domestic and international—by creating personalized itineraries and staying current on travel policies.
Handle expense management with accuracy, ensuring timely submission and tracking for designated bankers.
Support business development efforts by coordinating client meetings, managing NDAs, and assisting with industry events and deal execution.
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience, preferably in financial services or a fast-paced professional environment.
Proven ability to manage complex calendars and coordinate schedules across multiple stakeholders.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and client-focused demeanor.
