What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Perform various administrative duties to support the Executive Assistant
  • Accurately input and manage information in the company database
  • Schedule meetings and book travel arrangements
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders via email and phone
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant, preferably within a BPO
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Power Point
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain a wired, high-speed internet connection
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in a similar role within the BPO industry
  • Familiarity with office management systems and procedures
  • Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
