£15.59 per hour | 37 hours per week | Contract until 30th September 2026
Location:
Aberystwyth – Hybrid (in the office twice a month)
We are recruiting on behalf of a respected public sector organisation for a Customer Support Officer based in Aberystwyth. This hybrid role requires attendance in the office twice a month, offering an excellent balance between office and home working.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver customer support via telephone and email
Handle a wide range of general enquiries
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
Record accurate information on a bespoke internal system
Monitor and track the order and dispatch of goods
Complete various administrative tasks in line with internal procedures
About You
Strong customer service experience
Proven administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident use of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Clear and confident communication skills, written and verbal
Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and manage workload effectively
