Undergraduate Student - Project Coordination Assistant

• Salary up to $17.00 per hour

• Assist with organization and maintenance of study documents (e.g., REDCap, Florence)
• Support internal meetings, including data reports, presentations, and webinars
• Manage site access to study documents and resources
• Conduct data quality assurance and address data queries
• Provide administrative and operational support as needed

• Must be an undergraduate student at UW‑Madison
• Ability to work at least 8 hours per week
• Availability during regular business hours, Monday to Friday
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail

• Experience with clinical research operations
• Familiarity with REDCap for data management
• Background in data entry and quality assurance
• Knowledge of regulatory binder/ebinder systems (Florence)
