• Coordinate tasks using ACT Database, Word, Publisher, and Excel.
• Prepare detailed information sheets for mobile home listings during seller interviews.
• Maintain established templates and input lists for real estate and mobile home listings.
• Work from the office in the Willits Townhouses, with opportunity to work from home via Go To My PC during deadlines (not a remote position).
• Work one day a week for 8 hours, with additional hours if needed.
• Fast and accurate performance on all computer‑based tasks.
• You will not handle sale transactions, phone calls, show properties, engage directly with clients, manage bookkeeping, or work on my websites.

• ACT Database – Growth Suite Professional Cloud, used for postcards, letters, and client data.
• Regular updates from MLS and county records.
• Microsoft Word, Publisher, and Excel.

• Permanent, part‑time position.
• Work schedule:
  
  Monday through Friday, one 8‑hour day.
• No remote work; in‑person only (with remote access via Go To My PC only during deadlines).
• Location:
  
  Willits Townhouses in Basalt.
• Independent contractor—responsible for your own taxes; no benefits.
• Pay commensurate with experience.
