Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support by performing delegated clerical duties
- Transcribe correspondence/documents
- Maintain calendars and schedule meetings
- Make travel arrangements and process reimbursements
- Answer multi‑line telephones and manage follow‑through
- Create and maintain web pages, databases, and spreadsheets
- Support departmental projects and prepare reports, agendas, minutes, and presentations
- Maintain electronic files and records
- Serve as a resource for department‑related needs and questions
- Support multiple individuals and manage high‑priority tasks in a fast‑paced environment
Required:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (additional education preferred)
- Proficiency in general office and organisational skills
- Strong customer service skills and adherence to confidentiality policies
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Publisher, Acrobat)
- Experience with high‑volume calendar management/scheduling
- Proficiency with virtual platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, SharePoint)
Preferred:
- Three years of secretarial experience
- Demonstrated accuracy, attention to detail, and professionalism
