The Capacity Planning function sits in the Operations department of Pearson VUE.The Associate Capacity Planning Analystroleis responsible for managing thethird party events process including creating schedule dataandenteringintothe testing system. The Associate Capacity Planning Analystis also responsible to ensure thatall client and candidate expectations are met. The role will act as an advisor to thethird party partners offering strategic capacity planning advice with the goal of increasing utilization and increased the volume of testing to the benefit of Pearson VUE and thethird party partners.

Perform associated client data analysis. - Identify sites to deliver events
- Foster relationships with test delivery partners in order tobuild long term mutually beneficial improvements
- Search out areas to focus the team’s experience and knowledge with a view to making the most impact
- Provide guidance to partners toassistthem to increaseefficiencyand throughput
- Manage test cent reschedules and blocks to ensure events are processed correctly
- Create andmaintaindocumentationof all team tools and processes
- Assist with the development and continuous improvement of the event testing systems and processes
- Participate inlong and short termevent planning,scheduling and blocking projects
- Work with Program Managers todeterminethe needs of clients for reports andassistthem in providing information ordeterminerequirements for any enhancements.
- Coordinate team projects for client and site analysis.
Provide Program Managers and Regional Test Center Managers with summary of information and status or communicate changes. - Determine and adjust testing centre schedules forevents and communicate with partners
