Job SummaryThe Department of Psychology is seeking an energetic and self-motivated professional to serve as the first point of contact at the front desk of the Chair's Office Suite. This position will manage mail and package receiving, maintain departmental and instructional supplies, and provide a variety of administrative support to faculty, students, staff, and visitors. Serving as an integral member of the Administrative Team, this position will assist with reimbursements, room reservations, website updates, event planning, and various other administrative tasks.
This position will report to the Administrative Supervisor of our Admin Team.

Responsibilities*- Oversee front desk of the Chair's Office Suite
- Assist with Administrative Team shared email box
- Receive and sort mail and packages
- Make coffee and restock supplies
- Review and approve room reservations
- Maintain and order office supplies
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding
- Update Psychology website and internal Portal
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Help manage departmental announcements, social media posts, and newsletters
- Manage cleaning of departmental kitchenettes and lounges
- Provide support to Administrative Team
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
- Familiarity with Google Workspace
- Excellent interpersonal skills

Onsite full-time office coverage is needed from 8 AM to 4:30 PM

Additional InformationPay range: $18-20/hour depending on the selected candidate's experience
