Household Manager / Personal Assistant (Part-Time – ~10 hrs/week, Hybrid)
Location:
Hybrid (Combination of Onsite at Private Residence & Remote Work)
Private family seeking a highly organized and proactive Household Manager / Personal Assistant to oversee home operations and family logistics. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs while working both onsite and remotely.
Compensation:$30- $35 per hour
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee home maintenance, vendor sourcing, and preventative care
- Coordinate landscapers, cleaning staff, and service providers
- Manage household inventory, organization, and seasonal rotations
- Maintain master family calendar and coordinate schedules (including nanny)
- Manage school communications and children’s needs
- Plan and execute family travel and events
- Track vehicle registrations, maintenance, and recurring household administration.
- Prior household management or personal assistant experience
- Strong organizational and vendor management skills
- Highly discreet, detail-oriented, and self-directed
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment
- Valid Drivers License
