Position: Part Time Billing Specialist I (Cox Automotive Fleet Client Solutions Delivery)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Process incoming invoices and related documentation from various systems and email submissions
  • Respond to Purchase Order (PO) line inquiries and assist with overflow calls
  • Communicate with service providers to resolve invoice discrepancies or inquiries
  • Index invoices into the workflow system and ensure proper event assignment
  • Maintain organized and timely processing of invoices to meet deadlines
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with teams throughout the organization
  • Strong computer and phone skills, including fast typing, accurate data entry, word processing, and email management
  • Ability to multitask effectively, including talking and typing simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in billing or accounts payable roles within a similar industry
