.
This role is central to keeping work moving smoothly by managing schedules, supporting client touch points, coordinating documents across systems, and transforming meeting discussions into polished, professional deliverables. You’ll help ensure that timelines are clear, communications are consistent, and materials are well-designed and ready for use.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong writer, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities enjoy creating structure, improving processes, and collaborating with others to bring ideas from conversation to execution.
