Job Summary

We need an Administrative Assistant who can hit the ground running, answer customer phone calls, describe our services, and provide all‑around support to our team.

Responsibilities
  • Support owner with day‑to‑day tasks of running the business
  • Answer customer phone calls and manage customer inquiries
  • Enter customer information into our field service management system as necessary (training provided)
  • Help with getting quotes and completed work reports to customers
  • Order parts from various manufacturers and vendors
Qualifications
  • Self‑starter, independent, efficient with clear communication skills
  • Above‑average computer abilities. Easily handle spreadsheets, experience with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel), email attachments and file organization, etc.
  • Good‑hearted with extremely professional customer service skills
  • Experience working with a team
  • Honest, responsible, reliable, efficient, hard worker
  • Prior administrative experience is a plus
