Remote Insurance Processor (Data Entry)

Pay Rate: $20/hr | Fully Remote | Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and looking for a stable full-time remote opportunity? We’re excited to invite motivated candidates to join our team as Insurance Processors (Data Entry). In this role, you’ll play an important part in supporting our operations by reviewing, analyzing, and routing incoming insurance documents with accuracy and efficiency.

This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy independent work, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are comfortable using digital tools to stay connected with the team.

What You’ll Do
  • Review and analyze incoming insurance documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Use internal applications to correctly identify, categorize, and route documents.
  • Validate OCR-extracted data and manually correct or enter missing information as needed.
  • Maintain high accuracy and speed while processing a large volume of documents.
  • Collaborate through Microsoft Teams and Outlook to stay aligned with your team.
  • Reference One Note and other tools to ensure process consistency.
  • Adapt quickly to updates, new applications, and evolving workflows.
  • Utilize keyboard shortcuts and strong typing skills to optimize efficiency.
What You Bring
  • Strong computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills (high WPM) and familiarity with keyboard shortcuts.
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and retain detailed process knowledge.
  • Comfort working independently in a remote environment while staying connected virtually.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Nice-to-Have Experience
  • Previous high-volume data entry or administrative processing experience.
  • Familiarity with document management systems.
  • Exposure to OCR (Optical Character Recognition) tools.
  • Experience recognizing document patterns or inconsistencies.
  • Multi-screen navigation and document classification background.
