Job Overview

We’re looking for a dedicated Branch Office Administrator (BOA) to team up with financial advisors and help clients achieve their long‑term financial goals. BOAs are a valued part of the client support team, and we credit many of our successes to their unique experiences and professional backgrounds.

Role Summary

As a BOA you’ll provide seamless administrative support to one or more financial advisors. You will play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience.

  • Part‑time associates working an average of at least 30 hours a week over a 12‑month period are eligible for benefits:

Your compensation
  • Human‑centered approach with discretionary and variable compensation based on branch and firm profitability, plus individual performance.
  • Hiring minimum rate: $23.85 per hour.
  • Hiring maximum rate: $25.82 per hour.
  • Opportunity for merit‑based salary increases as you progress in the BOA role.

Role Requirements
  • Client Service:
    Provide exceptional service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions. Resolve issues and ensure an exceptional experience.
  • Account Management:
    Learn and manage account openings, transfers, and other requests. Process transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records.
  • Administrative & Operational Support:
    Work independently at the advisor’s direction. Schedule appointments, prepare materials, manage correspondence, support marketing initiatives, and streamline processes.
  • Technology:
    Strong computer literacy with willingness to learn new technology (e.g., Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office).
