Summary/Objective
Reporting to the Tax Advisors, the Tax Administrative Specialist is responsible for handling a broad range of administrative responsibilities within the tax department.

Education and Experience- High School diploma required (Associate’s degree preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years in banking or financial role, tax processing/record experience preferred
- Strong written and communication skills required
- Solid computer skills, including ability to work effectively and efficiently within Microsoft office required
- Adobe Acrobat experience preferred
- Proven ability to learn processes, procedures and computer software quickly required
No travel is expected for this position.
Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a clerical, open‑environment, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, printers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. Upon management’s approval, remote work may be allowed using firm‑approved office equipment. Correspondence with coworkers may be in person or through virtual means.
Physical DemandsThis is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing may be required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
Position Type and Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full‑time, non‑exempt position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. although additional hours may be required to complete work timely and accurately. Flexibility in hours is allowed based on management’s approval. The ability to work remotely is allowed based on management’s approval. There are certain tasks that will require an in‑office presence.
Compensation$23.00 - $28.00 per hour USD
