Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Procurement Coordinator located in Lakewood Ranch, FL. (Sarasota/Bradenton area)

Schedule is Mon-Fri, with flexibility to work from home 1 day per week (4 days in office).

The Procurement Coordinator will be responsible for managing the furnishings procurement process, including obtaining pricing from vendors, entering product data into Studio Designer software, placing and tracking orders, and coordinating successful delivery. Additionally, the role involves maintaining great communication with vendors, and coordinating with in-house team members, as a much-valued part of a cooperative project team.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years professional experience in either a procurement, account management, or furniture specification capacity, specifically within an interior design office or furniture showroom
  • 5+ years total experience in administrative roles within a professional office or showroom
  • Prior experience with Studio Designer software is strongly preferred
  • Highly detail-oriented, with great time management skills
  • Accuracy with pricing, purchase orders, and data entry
  • Ability to receive direction, and to work independently and proactively
  • Working understanding of Mac OS, as we are an all-Mac office
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor when communicating with team, clients, and vendors
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
