KEY REQUIREMENTS (DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU SPECIFICALLY POSSESS THE BELOW EXPERIENCE)
- At least 1 year of experience working in each of 3 different industries
- At least 1 year of experience managing someone elses email
- At least 1 year of experience dealing directly with clients, candidates, and/or customers by email, phone, and Zoom (or similar platform)
- You have used software platforms such as Dropbox, Google Suite, Trello, Slack, Wordpress, Zoom, and/or Helpscout
- You love working remotely and do it effectively
- You have at least 3 years of experience and are proficient in Excel
- Experience managing a Linked In profile for someone else
- Proven success in working independently
- You are great at getting on with a wide range of people and communicating effectively with them (including hosting meetings on Zoom or similar)
- You are good with details

Virtual Assistant - Recruitment
$25 / hour
Contractor
- 15-25 hours per week, depending on the level of work
- Normally 5 days a week
We are growing and need more admin help, particularly in North America. Once we have trained you in our systems, you will be responsible for all the admin on specific campaigns. You will also manage the email for one of the managers.

CoreResponsibilities Client Management
Communicate with clients via email, phone, and Zoom to
- Guide them through the hiring process, while promptly respond to clients questions or concerns
- Chase them
- Communicate with candidates via email, Linked In and phone, including application updates, invitations to interviews, and rejection notifications
- Input candidate info
- Maintain email inbox daily by sending workflows and responding to candidate queries
- Check each campaign daily for new emails
- Archive and delete candidates application forms
- Ensure candidates pipeline stages are accurate (daily)
- Score candidate application forms consistently in line with our criteria. We will train you to do this.
- Manage email for one of our managers
- Check Slack channels for action points
- Create Dropbox folders, adding all relevant files
- Check & update each Trello board daily
- Take initiative and notice any business improvement opportunities. Develop process
