- Prepare meeting agendas, maintain notes, and implement action items
- Create presentation materials and high‑quality reports for executive use
- Minimum of 5 years of administrative or secretarial experience
- Two‑year degree from a business or vocational school desired
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Strong writing skills for clear and concise business correspondence
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines and maintaining confidentiality
- Experience supporting corporate executives or vice presidents
- Familiarity with project management principles
- Strong interpersonal skills for maintaining relationships with stakeholders
- Knowledge of financial services industry practices
