Position: Executive Assistant, Operations (Remote)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Organize and coordinate executive's schedule, including appointments, meetings, travel, and presentations
  • Handle telephone calls, greet visitors, and compose confidential correspondence
  • Relieve the VP of routine administrative tasks, including data compilation and analysis
  • Prepare meeting agendas, maintain notes, and implement action items
  • Create presentation materials and high‑quality reports for executive use
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative or secretarial experience
  • Two‑year degree from a business or vocational school desired
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Strong writing skills for clear and concise business correspondence
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines and maintaining confidentiality
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience supporting corporate executives or vice presidents
  • Familiarity with project management principles
  • Strong interpersonal skills for maintaining relationships with stakeholders
  • Knowledge of financial services industry practices
