Overview
YVR Creatives is a community-driven brand supporting women entrepreneurs through memberships, events, and content creation. We are hiring our first Virtual Assistant / Right-Hand Support to help keep operations running smoothly as the brand continues to grow.
This is a part-time position with the possibility of growth.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, grounded, proactive, and genuinely excited about supporting a heart-led business. You will play a key role in community support, event coordination, content organization, and day-to-day operations.
This is a flexible, evolving position with room to grow alongside the business. While most work is remote, the role requires availability for occasional in-person meetings and events in the Fraser Valley and occasionally in Vancouver.
Duties & Responsibilities Operations & Administrative Support- Support day-to-day operations to keep the business running smoothly
- Manage calendars, bookings, RSVPs, and availability
- Maintain organized digital systems and documentation
- Assist with inbox management, follow-ups, and administrative communication
- Support the development and documentation of systems and processes
- Assist with the management of the Creators Society community
- Support onboarding of new members and ongoing engagement
- Help coordinate member highlights, welcome posts, and community features
- Support ongoing community initiatives and visibility opportunities
- Support planning, coordination, and logistics for events
- Assist with event marketing and attendee communication
- Provide on-site support for occasional in-person events
- Assist with content organization, scheduling, and distribution
- Support social media reposting and content repurposing
- Create simple Canva graphics, templates, and event materials
- Update and maintain website content as needed
- Assist with sponsorship coordination and fulfillment
- Support outreach efforts including podcast pitching and promotional opportunities
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to work independently
- Clear, kind, and professional communication skills
- Comfortable working flexible hours in a dynamic environment
- Tech-capable with the ability to learn new platforms quickly
- Strong visual sense and pride in producing high-quality work
- Emotionally mature, calm under pressure, and reliable
- Comfortable supporting women-focused, community-driven work
- Able to collaborate closely with the founder while working independently
