Position Overview:

We Rep Rx  is looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing phone calls, emails, payroll, and various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle Incoming Communications:
    Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members as needed.
  • Manage Payroll:
    Process payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Coordinate with the finance team for any payroll-related issues.
  • Administrative Support:
    Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and organizing meetings. Maintain digital filing systems and ensure that all records are up to date.
  • Data Entry and Reporting:
    Input data into our CRM and other systems, generate reports as needed, and assist with data management tasks.
  • Customer Support:
    Provide excellent customer service to clients and partners, handling any questions or concerns efficiently.
  • Office Coordination:
    Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors as necessary, even in a remote work environment.
  • Assist with HR Tasks:
    Support HR with onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and coordinating training sessions.
  • Requirements

    Experience: At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting.

    Education: High school diploma required; an associate’s degree or higher is preferred.

    Skills:

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
    • Familiarity with payroll software (e.g., Quick Books) is a plus
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

    Technical Requirements: Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup for remote work.
