Role SummaryAs a Branch Office Administrator, you’ll be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to clients. You’ll play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. - Assist in the annual business planning process and strategy development for the upcoming year.
- Listen for situations in clients’ lives that may indicate a need for additional services.
- Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events.
- Provide account management support: open accounts, handle transfers, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate records.
- Perform administrative tasks: schedule appointments, prepare materials for client meetings, manage correspondence, support marketing initiatives, update SOPs, and execute on the branch business plan.
- Support technology use:
Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software.

- Hiring Maximum: $23.14
