We have an immediate need for many Remote/Virtual Executive Assistants to work from home.
You can live in any United States, must be a citizen and have excellent communicative skills.
We have many Fortune 500 clients for traveling executives that need admin support.
Will need strong Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and any database skills.
Has worked as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant.
Will set up appointments, keep calendar up to date, arrange luncheon & dinner, travel arrangements, hotel and limo services, car rentals, sports tickets for entertainment, etc.
Will be the right arm to the boss, type and compose correspondence, report, etc.
Lot of phone work with clients, their home offices, etc.
If you have been an E/A and can work 40 hours a week Mon‑Friday from home, this could be great for additional income. As of right now this is a 12‑month contract, but it will be extended in many cases.
Pay rate is $15.00‑$18.00 per hour in some cases we can get $20.00.
At this time we can only accept resumes that have the experience working as an Executive Secretary/E/A, etc.
