Framingham, MA

Duration: 5 Months (Possible Extension)

Hybrid: 4 days in Framingham, MA office and one day working from home after training.

• Attention to detail and accuracy is extremely important for this role
• This role will work in a team setting, with a shared mailbox which includes the responsibilities of working directly with Sales teams and other internal partners on their inquiries and requests.
• Provide updates to Sales regarding the status of each request and complete each request in a timely manner.
• Assist team with monthly financial requests from vendors. Including, but not limited to, compiling data for external audits and downloading data from partner portals.
• At least 1-2 years of experience
• Attention to detail and accuracy is a must for this role

Excel - Microsoft Office

• Microsoft Access
• 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of tasks.
• Works under general supervision.
• A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
