Virtual Assistant

• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing emails, and organizing documents
• Provide customer support by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Handle social media management tasks such as creating posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics
• Support website design and marketing projects by conducting research, preparing reports, and coordinating tasks
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience in customer service and administrative support

• Minimum of 1 year in a virtual assistant or similar role
• Experience working in a marketing or advertising agency is a plus

• Minimum Salary: $21,000 per year
• Maximum Salary: $65,000 per year
