Position Summary

A leading financial services and technology‑forward investment organization is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to support a C‑Suite leader within the Platform organization. This is a high‑visibility, high‑urgency role within the company’s largest and most dynamic office, blending top‑tier executive support with light EA mentorship and exposure to cross‑functional transformation initiatives. The Senior EA will act as an extension of the executive—anticipating needs, orchestrating complex priorities, and creating leverage through exceptional judgment, communication, and operational excellence.

This individual will ensure smooth execution across Finance and portions of the Technology organization, while also serving as a connective hub for key stakeholders and board‑facing workflows. This is a role for a deeply experienced EA who thrives in fast‑moving environments, balances precision with executive presence, and is energized by supporting a direct, concise communicator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Anticipate, triage, and sequence executive priorities with a strong ability to “push back” and protect focus time.
  • Manage a highly complex, time‑zone‑sensitive calendar (including London), ensuring all meetings, materials, and milestones are fully prepared and nothing is left pending.
  • Lead inbox orchestration to streamline decision‑making, reduce noise, and ensure timely escalations.
  • Coordinate board and executive‑level materials, timelines, logistics, and document flow with exceptional accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Drive preparation for key leadership meetings, including agendas, briefing documents, pre‑reads, and action tracking.
  • Partner closely with leaders across Finance, HR, and Technology to manage follow‑ups, weekly/bi‑weekly meeting cadence, and strategic operational rhythms.
  • Own logistics for limited travel as needed (e.g., NYC, London), aligning timelines with board/leadership cycles.
  • Provide light mentorship and process guidance to a Dallas‑based EA cohort (~7 EAs across two offices).
  • Support knowledge‑sharing and standardization of best practices; no direct reports.
  • Maintain the highest level of discretion, judgment, and professionalism expected in a board‑facing executive environment.
Qualifications Required
  • 7+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leaders (C‑Suite preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high‑urgency executive with clarity, calm, and prioritization rigor.
  • Experience preparing and coordinating board‑level materials.
  • Proven strength in relationship‑building with direct, concise communicators.
  • Mastery of complex calendar/inbox management, time‑zone agility, meeting operations, and travel coordination.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred
  • Experience supporting finance or technology leaders.
  • Startup, high‑growth, or transformation‑heavy environment exposure.
Not a Fit
  • Highly transactional EAs without strong prioritization or pushback capability.
  • Candidates unwilling to flex between onsite and remote work or accommodate occasional early starts.
  • Limited exposure to board‑level deliverables.
Work Environment & Culture

The role sits in the company’s largest hub, a lively, smart‑casual Dallas office known for its collaborative culture, regular leadership events, and strong sense of community. Teams operate at a fast pace with a transformation‑oriented mindset, making this an ideal role for someone who thrives in dynamic, high‑exposure environments.
