Our client, a pet care brand
, is seeking a Part‑Time Virtual Assistant to join their team in a remote capacity, based in the United States in the MST or CST time zones. This is a contract role that will start immediately and continue based on performance and the needs of the business. Candidates must be able to work a remote, 20‑25 hour schedule per week.
Duties Include:
- Schedule meetings, calls, and appointments for the VP, ensuring time is allocated effectively for key initiatives
- Organize and filter emails, prioritize important messages, and draft responses on behalf of the VP
- Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports for meetings or initiatives
- Plan itineraries and organize travel arrangements for business trips and ensure that all necessary documents (e.g., tickets, itineraries) are prepared
- Create to‑do lists, set reminders, and help prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance
- Coordinate communication between different departments, ensuring the VP is kept informed about key updates
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings for the VP, ensuring all relevant parties are invited
- Ad hoc duties as needed and assigned
- 2+ years of executive assistant and social media experience
- Savvy with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship‑building skills
- Willingness to take on responsibilities and multi‑task
- Resourceful and can make calculated judgement calls for the VP as needed
- Working knowledge of Shopify, Tik Tok seller center, Amazon ship station, a plus
