General Office Administration
Perform a wide range of clerical, secretarial and general office duties including those of a confidential nature. Respond to inquiries displaying a comprehensive knowledge of the department's activities, policies and programs. Interact with the general public as NYU liaison and with University personnel including those at the senior level to resolve issues and problems.
Qualifications- Required
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent - Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree (preferably with a concentration in business, marketing, or accounting)
- Required Experience: 3+ years of office experience, including customer or student service
- Preferred Experience: 2+ years of office experience (with Associates degree or some college) or 1+ years of office experience (with Bachelor's degree)
- Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Attention to detail and accuracy;
Excellent verbal and written communication - Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Knowledge of Blackbaud a plus;
Knowledge of Access;
Knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Suite
In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the hourly rate for this position is USD $39.129. This rate is based on bargaining unit contracts. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
