Description

Indiana ABA Institute is searching for an Executive Support Specialist to the CEO to join our dedicated team. This full-time remote position is based in San Francisco and offers an exciting opportunity to support our CEO in driving impactful initiatives within the hospital and health care industry.

As an Executive Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in streamlining communication and operations at the highest level of our organization. You will assist in managing schedules, organizing meetings, and ensuring that strategic goals are met efficiently. This position is perfect for someone looking to start their career in a dynamic environment where they can make a meaningful contribution to the health care sector.

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $95,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars and scheduling appointments
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Manage special projects as assigned by the CEO
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all communications
  • Support the CEO in planning and executing organizational initiatives
  • Ensure efficient office operations and maintain organized documentation
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
  • Experience in a support role is a plus but not required
