• Field calls and assist with discussions regarding templates and changes
• Map and upload electronic documents into Data Trak, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Provide training to internal and external clients on template changes and best practices
• Collect feedback and make revisions to templates as requested
• Participate in product development discussions and contribute to team meetings

• Must type at least 40 words per minute
• 1 year of experience with Data Trak or equivalent systems
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and Data Trak
• Excellent organization, communication, and writing skills with attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (2 years)

• Previous experience with Adobe InDesign, Adobe Page Maker, and Adobe Acrobat
• Ability to problem-solve using deductive reasoning skills in a timely manner
• Flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes in the workplace
