Remote Hospitality Coordinator

• Research and coordinate hospitality services including accommodations and guest arrangements
• Prepare and organize quotes, proposals, and confirmation details
• Communicate with clients to gather information and answer general inquiries
• Coordinate with hospitality partners and vendors to confirm reservations and requests
• Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and correspondence
• Provide professional, timely support to ensure a positive client experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency with basic computer skills (email, web browsing, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines
