, the Branch Office Administrator (BOA) role may be the right opportunity for you. The BOA works with financial advisors to help clients achieve long‑term financial goals. The primary role is to provide administrative support to one or more advisors. Edward Jones serves over nine million clients.
You’ll provide seamless support to clients, facilitate communication, and ensure a positive client experience. This position offers growth in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

- Hiring Minimum: $22.50

- Client Service: Provide exceptional service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions; resolve issues and maintain strong relationships.
- Account Management: Learn the financial services industry; handle account opening, transfers, and other transaction requests; prepare documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Administrative & Operational Support: Work independently; schedule appointments, prepare meeting materials, manage correspondence, support marketing initiatives, streamline processes, update SOPs, and execute the branch business plan.
- Technology: Strong computer literacy; willingness to learn Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm software.
