Executive Assistant
We are a growing, partner-led, nationally focused retained executive search firm based in Boston seeking a talented individual for an Executive Assistant role. The individual will work closely with the executive team and will be given opportunities to leverage their skills outside of administration - whether it be assisting in research, marketing and/or business development.
The Executive Assistant position is an execution-oriented role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Our work is highly focused on private equity and their portfolio companies in building high-performing leadership teams through deep research and a highly consultative process. We support investors across the full investment lifecycle from deal diligence and leadership assessment through value-creation hires and exit readiness.

The duties of the Executive Assistant are a critical function to the day-to-day business operations. The position requires a keen eye to detail and the ability to anticipate, and problem solve in a time sensitive manner.
This role is hybrid, based in our Wellesley or Boston office (3–4 days per week).
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Firm’s consultants by managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and keeping everything organized.
Manage and coordinate daily activities.
Make travel arrangements for partners and consultants – arranging flights, car rentals, hotels.
Manage scheduling of candidate interviews, video conference calls, and assisting in travel arrangements.
Coordinate meetings with candidates and clients.
Qualifications & Experience5+ years of relevant experience in executive search, professional services, operations, or a related executive support role.
Experience in retained search or a small, fast-paced professional services environment strongly preferred.
Superior attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities successfully.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and tone.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems (Affinity preferred) and comfort with new tools and technologies.
