- Coordinate and manage large and enterprise-level information technology projects alongside project managers
- Independently oversee smaller information technology projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets
- Develop project scope documents, timelines, and communicate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project success and implement improvements
- Collaborate with IT and construction resources to ensure successful integration of technology in projects
- Four years of experience in roles such as executive assistant, administrative analyst, researcher, or administrative officer, with at least two years in project or program administration
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or a closely related field may substitute for two years of required experience
- Advanced proficiency in the MS Office suite, including Project, SharePoint, Visio, Excel, Teams, One Note, and Power Point
- Ability to professionally communicate and provide technical information to various stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills for scheduling complex meetings and managing project tasks
- Experience in an IT environment and/or an Academic Medical Center
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and business analysis in IT
- Knowledge of Smartsheet and project management certifications (e.g., CAPM, PMP)
