Bilingual Administrative Assistant

t is seeking a qualified professional to join a dynamic team as an On-site Bilingual Assistant in Miami, FL. In this role, you will provide essential operational and administrative support to a global leader in industrial lifting solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Handle shipping and logistics coordination with major carriers such as Fed Ex and UPS.
• Manage professional phone answering and directing inquiries appropriately.
• Draft and edit professional documents, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings.
• Provide support for and help coordinate company events.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in administrative or assistant roles.
• Previous experience in shipping and logistics is required.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in at least basic Spanish is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high typing accuracy and speed.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage documents and schedules neatly

Nice to have:

• Fluency in Italian is considered a strong plus.
• Familiarity or experience with industrial tools such as winches, cranes, or electric hoists.
• 5 Vacation days per year

Schedule: 9 AM to 5 PM
