Position Summary
The Support Specialist provides critical operational support to manage the growing volume of processing. This role ensures timely and accurate production, coordination, and delivery of member , working closely with internal teams and external vendors.
Essential Functions- Accurately process and track requests for new and renewing clients, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery.
- Monitor and manage incoming requests through workflow systems (e.g., request platforms), ensuring tasks are prioritized and completed within service level expectations.
- Collaborate with Implementation, Account Management, and Operations teams to verify member data and resolve discrepancies before card production.
- Liaise with external vendors to manage production schedules, troubleshoot issues, and confirm delivery timelines.
- Conduct thorough reviews of data and layouts to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with client specifications.
- Maintain internal systems with up-to-date status information on processing, delivery, and issue resolution.
- Contribute to larger operational initiatives by sharing updates in weekly and ad‑hoc meetings, highlighting progress, blockers, and opportunities for improvement.
- Effectively manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a high‑volume environment, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
- Identify and recommend enhancements to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
- May also support other workflow tasks and miscellaneous operational processes as needed.
- Support additional operational needs as required to meet business goals.
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required
- 2–4 years of administrative or operational support experience, preferably in healthcare or insurance.
- Experience managing workflow through task management systems.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced, growing environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with vendors and portals is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable sharing updates and collaborating in team meetings and project discussions.
