We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high‑trust, high‑caliber administrative and operational support to the President and Director of Operations of a mid‑size, growth‑oriented construction company (~200 employees, three branches across BC, ~$300M annual revenues). This role will orchestrate executive time, communications, and information flow; prepare executive‑level content; ensure meeting readiness and follow‑through; manage complex travel and expenses; and maintain rigorous confidentiality.
Beyond administrative excellence, this EA acts as a force multiplier for organizational efficiency by streamlining workflows, reducing friction, and enabling faster decision‑making. By serving as a central coordination point, the EA fosters collaboration across all departments and business units, ensuring alignment on priorities and visibility into high‑level issues.

Position Specifications
The salary band for this position is $71,017 to $106,525 annually and is based on relevant skills and experience.
Qualifications
7‑10+ years as an Executive Assistant supporting a C‑Suite leader in a dynamic environment; construction or adjacent industries preferred
Expert in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, One Drive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Exceptional writing and editing; comfortable drafting executive‑quality materials and client‑facing correspondence
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Familiarity with construction terminology, project life cycles, and site/branch dynamics is an asset
Able to represent the priorities and needs to the President & DOO
Able to understand and anticipate priorities as they relate to the needs of the business
Fluency with travel platforms and expense tools
Proven record handling sensitive information and privileged notes
Mastery of prioritization, logistics, and time management; thrives amid shifting demands and short lead times
High EQ, composure, and service mindset; able to work across branches and field operations
Understands principles of workflow design and knowledge management to create efficient, repeatable processes
Demonstrates proactive problem‑solving by identifying needs early, proposing solutions, and executing effectively
Communicates complex ideas clearly through concise narratives and compelling visuals
Manages priorities and delivers on commitments to maintain executive focus and organizational efficiency
Exercises sound judgment and maintains strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information, including executive notes, personnel matters, and strategic initiatives
Builds structured systems and repositories to support scalability and knowledge retention
