Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time, hybrid role with on‑site and remote work for an Administrative Assistant located in the greater Phoenix Area. The Administrative Assistant will handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including creating, editing and managing Excel sheets, texting with vendors and doing online property research. The role demands high follow through, excellent research skills and ability to communicate clearly.
Qualifications- Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Office
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with office management tools and software
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or a related field are a plus
