Team Leader in Office Management

• Completed commercial training, for example, office management assistant, industrial clerk, hotel management, banking clerk, or comparable
• Ideally, initial experience in the technical or disciplinary management of a team in the field of administration
• Confident use of CRM or ERP systems and very good MS Office skills
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interacting with internal and external contacts
• Very good German skills (at least C1) and good to very good English skills (at least B2) in spoken and written form

Leadership & Coordination: You will lead and develop the team of office administrators in terms of technical and organizational skills, coordinate tasks, and ensure efficient collaboration.

Structure & Processes: You will optimize administrative processes, establish clear structures, and ensure transparency in day-to-day business.

Sparring partner for management: You will support management and the sales manager with analyses, evaluations, and key figures relevant to decision-making.

Figures & control: You will keep an eye on relevant KPIs, prepare reports, and ensure a clean database.

Administration & customer service in day-to-day operations: You are responsible for structured administrative processes throughout the entire customer process—from order processing, invoicing, and dunning to the professional handling of customer inquiries, telephone contact with our customers, and the careful maintenance of all relevant data in the CRM system.

As a team leader in office management, you are the central interface between management, sales, and administration. Not only do you ensure that administrative processes run smoothly, but you also work with your team to continuously develop them further. With your organizational skills and leadership abilities, you structure commercial processes such as order processing, invoicing, licensing, and after-sales, thereby actively contributing to the smooth growth of our company.
