Job Overview

The Multimedia & Design team is seeking a Production Coordinator to support the operational execution of work across the studio. This role coordinates administrative, scheduling, recruiting, travel, and financial processes that support the delivery of creative and production work.

The Production Coordinator works cross‑functionally across the studio to support day‑to‑day operations, including recruiting and onboarding contractor resources, scheduling, travel coordination, invoicing, purchasing, and production system accuracy. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workflows in a deadline‑driven environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Support recruiting efforts for contractor resources, including coordinating outreach, onboarding, and required compliance steps.
  • Support scheduling of creative resources, both internal and external, and studio spaces across studio teams.
  • Coordinate travel logistics for contractor resources and production‑related needs.
  • Receive, review, and submit contractor and vendor invoices with appropriate approvals.
  • Support production‑related purchasing and expense reconciliation.
  • Coordinate the collection of Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and assist with obtaining required permits for shoots, as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in production systems, including bookings, rates, and billing details.
  • Serve as a point of contact for contractor resources regarding scheduling and operational questions.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to studio teams.
  • Identify and escalate scheduling conflicts, missing information, or process issues as needed.
What You’ll Bring
  • Experience in production coordination, operations, or administrative support roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Clear, professional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Comfort learning and using AI‑enabled tools to support operational efficiency (training provided).
  • Familiarity with production systems, financial tools, or scheduling platforms is a plus, with training provided on our specific tools and workflows.

Pay Transparency

Salary Range: $51,500–$68,000

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
