Artis HR are supporting a well-established, multi-site organisation to recruit an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. This is a pivotal, home-based role offering the opportunity to work closely with a dynamic CEO and Executive Team, providing high-level support across diary management, board coordination and central operations.
This is a varied and fast-paced position where no two days will look the same. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the CEO’s office, supporting executive leadership, and helping to deliver well-organised board meetings, projects and events across the UK.
The RoleYou will provide comprehensive support to the CEO while also assisting the wider Executive Team and Operations Directors during peak periods.
Key Responsibilities- Full diary management including meetings, site visits, travel and accommodation bookings
- Coordinating Executive Board and Main Board packs, including collating reports and documentation
- Minute taking and action tracking across meetings and projects
- Preparing reports, presentations and key communications
- Supporting special projects in partnership with the Project Manager
- Organising UK-wide meetings, conferences, away days and staff events
- Raising purchase orders and ensuring accurate finance data entry
- Maintaining confidential records in line with GDPR requirements
This role requires someone who is highly organised, proactive and confident managing multiple priorities in a complex, multi-site environment.
About YouWe’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant or senior administrator who thrives in a busy and professional setting.
Candidate Profile- Proven experience in a similar Executive Assistant role
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Experience supporting board-level activity, including minute taking
- High levels of discretion and the ability to handle confidential information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong IT skills including Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point
- The ability to manage competing priorities independently
- Experience with in a multi-site organisation, ideally within care or education, would be advantageous
Home based role with occasional travel to sites required.
Enhanced DBS required.
