Position: Personal Assistant (Family & Lifestyle support)

Overview

A busy Singaporean CEO is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support his personal and family life, particularly with the arrival of his newborn daughter. This role requires the highest levels of discretion, integrity, and dedication
, as you will handle sensitive personal matters and act as an extra set of trusted eyes and hands for the family.

You will work alongside a supportive team including a full-time driver, nanny, and domestic helper — your role is to coordinate, anticipate needs, and ensure everything runs smoothly rather than perform heavy manual tasks. The position is low-volume in routine duties but demands high responsiveness (via phone/Whats App) and availability on standby for family priorities, including evenings or weekends when required (with compensatory time off).

Job

Scope
  • Manage his calendar, meetings, communications, reminders
  • Coordinate closely with the nanny and driver for day to day activities.
  • Assist with child-related support:
    Help coordinate nanny schedules, prepare/organize baby items, run errands, and provide light assistance/supervision when needed (comfort with newborns/young children essential)
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, itineraries, and logistics
  • Handle errands such as picking up the car, shopping, deliveries, or other miscellaneous personal tasks
  • Highly preferred to be comfortable with a car (Alphard)
  • Oversee household coordination with the helper:
    Monitor home maintenance, vendor appointments, supplies, and general household smooth operation
  • Handle confidential correspondence, documents, and personal matters with utmost discretion and professionalism
  • Provide proactive, on-the-go problem‑solving for unexpected family or personal needs
  • Act as a reliable point of contact to free up the CEO’s time for work and family
Location

Work from Home as default, with occasional need to assist in person.

Requirements
  • Experience in PA/EA/ relevant hospitality fields with transferrable skills.
  • Parental experience highly preferred.
  • Driver license and proficiency in driving
  • Degree in early childhood education / nutritionist preferred and welcome
  • Diploma or higher education
  • Highly organised, proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented
  • Smart, quick‑thinking, and resourceful — able to solve problems independently and calmly under pressure
  • Extremely flexible with working hours:
    Primarily work-from-home, but must be responsive and on standby (including occasional evenings/weekends) for family needs
  • Excellent communication skills (fluent English; Mandarin or other languages a plus)
  • Proficient with digital tools (Whats App, Google Calendar/Workspace, booking platforms, Microsoft Office)
  • Clean personal background and excellent references (checks will be conducted)
