PLEASE NOTE- Working Hours:
Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM South African time – subject to daylight savings). - Public Holidays:
This role requires working on both South African and U.S. public holidays (compensation for SA public holidays in accordance with the BCEA). - Internet Requirements: A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and wired Ethernet capability is mandatory. Applicants without a fixed fibre line cannot be considered.
- Power Backup:
Reliable backup required to manage load shedding or outages. Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered. - Work Environment:
Fully remote.
- Manage the full onboarding process for newly hired Behaviour Therapists.
- Track, collect, and review required employment documentation and certifications.
- Coordinate background checks, credentialing, and compliance requirements in line with company and regulatory standards.
- Schedule and monitor completion of required training programs.
- Communicate regularly with new hires via phone and email to ensure a smooth and timely onboarding experience.
- Partner with HR and clinical leadership to meet hiring timelines and workforce needs.
- Maintain accurate records and perform data entry within internal systems.
- Proactively follow up on outstanding documentation and compliance items.
- Identify process improvements and assist with additional administrative tasks as required.
- Working
Experience:- Previous experience in HR, recruitment, onboarding, or administrative support is preferred.
- Experience with in healthcare or ABA settings is advantageous but not required.
- No specific ABA industry experience required.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Professional, patient, and confident phone manner.
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
- Proactive with strong follow‑up skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a structured, deadline‑driven environment.
- Technical
Skills:- Basic computer skills and system navigation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
- Comfortable performing accurate data entry and maintaining digital records.
