Position: Onboarding Coordinator (ABA Therapy - US Healthcare) - EST Hours - Remote

PLEASE NOTE
  • Working Hours:

    Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM South African time – subject to daylight savings).
  • Public Holidays:
    This role requires working on both South African and U.S. public holidays (compensation for SA public holidays in accordance with the BCEA).
  • Internet Requirements: A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and wired Ethernet capability is mandatory. Applicants without a fixed fibre line cannot be considered.
  • Power Backup:
    Reliable backup required to manage load shedding or outages. Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered.
  • Work Environment:
    Fully remote.
Job Responsibilities (not limited to)
  • Manage the full onboarding process for newly hired Behaviour Therapists.
  • Track, collect, and review required employment documentation and certifications.
  • Coordinate background checks, credentialing, and compliance requirements in line with company and regulatory standards.
  • Schedule and monitor completion of required training programs.
  • Communicate regularly with new hires via phone and email to ensure a smooth and timely onboarding experience.
  • Partner with HR and clinical leadership to meet hiring timelines and workforce needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and perform data entry within internal systems.
  • Proactively follow up on outstanding documentation and compliance items.
  • Identify process improvements and assist with additional administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Working

    Experience:
    • Previous experience in HR, recruitment, onboarding, or administrative support is preferred.
    • Experience with in healthcare or ABA settings is advantageous but not required.
    • No specific ABA industry experience required.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
    • Professional, patient, and confident phone manner.
    • Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
    • Proactive with strong follow‑up skills.
    • Able to manage multiple tasks in a structured, deadline‑driven environment.
  • Technical

    Skills:
    • Basic computer skills and system navigation.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
    • Comfortable performing accurate data entry and maintaining digital records.
