Main Duties of the Job

The successful candidate will have experience working in a busy office environment with an understanding of basic purchasing principles and will provide efficient, professional customer service that delivers ongoing cost efficiencies in line with the Procurement team’s objectives.

  • Adopt a flexible approach to all activities, exercising initiative while operating within procedural guidelines.
  • liaison with staff at all levels within stakeholder organisations, other NHS staff and external suppliers.
  • Apply attention to detail, time‑management skills and IT literacy (multiple operating systems).

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post;
Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

This post is fixed‑term for 24 months to meet the needs of the service.
